Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information across our site and student platform.

The short version

We collect only what we need to run your consultation and your tutoring, we never sell your information, and you can email us at any time to see or delete what we hold. The details are below.

Effective July 6, 2026.

What we collect, and where

  • Consultations and contact. When you book a call or contact us, we receive the name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share. Booking runs through our scheduling provider.
  • LSAT updates newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you the newsletter.
  • Tutor applications. If you apply to tutor, we receive your application and resume.
  • Attorney referrals. If you ask us to connect you with an attorney through our referral page, we receive the case details you provide, and we share them with attorneys in our network so they can respond, as that form states.
  • The student platform. If you become a student, app.yourfutureattorney.com holds your account details, package and tutoring hours, test attempts and results, the practice score reports you upload, and your messages with your tutor.
  • Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your consultation and tutoring, operate the student platform, respond to you, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small set of providers, each receiving only what it needs: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), our scheduling provider (consultation booking), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Supabase (the student platform database and file storage), and Anthropic (the AI analysis of practice score reports you upload on the platform).

When we share

Only with the providers above, with attorneys in our network when you explicitly request a referral, and if the law requires it. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or for as long as your student account is active. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Our services are intended for adults and students preparing for law school; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
