Who we are and what these terms cover

Your Future Attorney provides one-on-one LSAT tutoring and law school application help, delivered online through this site and the student platform at app.yourfutureattorney.com. By purchasing a package or using the platform you agree to these terms. If anything here conflicts with the written package agreement you sign at enrollment, the package agreement controls. Effective July 6, 2026.

Packages, payment, and scheduling

Tutoring is sold in packages at the prices published on the pricing page, paid through our checkout at purchase. Sessions are scheduled directly with your tutor. A session canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.

Tutoring hours

Hours belong to the enrolled student and are not redeemable for cash. You never lose unused hours: if you take the LSAT with tutoring hours remaining in your package, we transfer the remaining hours to law school application help or core subject tutoring, so every hour you paid for goes to work for you.

Your tutor

A student enrolled in a package covered by the 170 Guarantee is matched with a tutor who scored 170 or higher on the official LSAT. A student in any other package is matched with a tutor who scored 165 or higher.

The 170 Guarantee: program terms

Our headline promise is simple: 170 or we work for free. The terms below define exactly who qualifies, what you need to do, and what we do if you are not at 170 yet. They apply in addition to the written package agreement you receive before any work begins.

What the guarantee is. If you complete a qualifying package and meet every condition in these terms, and your official LSAT score does not reach 170, we keep tutoring you at no additional charge until you reach 170 or until the limits below are met. The guarantee provides continued tutoring only. It is not a refund or a cash payment, and it is not a guarantee of admission, scholarships, or any other outcome.
Who qualifies. The guarantee applies only to a student who:
- is enrolled in the 40-Hour or 60-Hour package (the 20-Hour package is not covered);
- scored at least 165 on a full, timed, officially scored or proctored LSAT practice test taken within 90 days before enrolling, and gives us that score in writing;
- has not already scored 170 or higher on a prior official LSAT;
- begins tutoring early enough to complete the package before the target test date, as we confirm in writing at enrollment.
A student who does not meet every item above is not covered.
What you agree to do. To keep the guarantee, throughout the program you must:
- attend every scheduled session (a session you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or miss without notice, counts as completed);
- complete all assigned homework on time;
- take every assigned practice test under full, timed conditions and send us the results;
- follow your tutor’s study plan and recommendations;
- sit for the official LSAT on the date we agree to in writing.
Missing any of these voids the guarantee.
Proof of score. You must take the official, scored LSAT, with no cancellation, withdrawal, or no-show, and provide your official LSAC score report as proof. A score you cancel or withhold does not count.
What “work for free” means. If you meet every condition and your highest official LSAT is still below 170, we provide continued one-on-one tutoring at no additional charge through your next two upcoming official LSAT administrations. It does not apply to any administration after those two. The guarantee ends when you reach 170, or after the second of those two administrations, whichever comes first.
What it does not cover. The guarantee covers tutoring only. It does not cover LSAC fees, test registration or rescheduling fees, score-report fees, materials sold separately, or any third-party cost, and it does not guarantee admission to any school or program.
One per student, non-transferable. The guarantee applies once per student. It cannot be sold, shared, transferred, or combined with any other offer, discount, or guarantee.
Accurate information. You confirm that every score, date, and detail you give us is true and complete. False or misleading information voids the guarantee, and any free tutoring already provided may be billed at our standard rate.
Staying active. If you stop scheduling, become unreachable, or decline offered session times for more than 30 days, the guarantee is suspended and may be voided. The time limits above keep running during any pause.
Changes to the test. If the LSAT’s format, scoring, or scale changes materially, or the test becomes unavailable, we may adjust or pause the guarantee in good faith and will tell you in writing.
How this is decided. We determine in good faith whether the requirements have been met. These program terms and your written package agreement govern the guarantee; if a slogan or summary elsewhere on this site appears to conflict with them, these terms control. We may update these terms, and the version in your signed package agreement is the one that applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Your Future Attorney is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and using the referral service does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. Any engagement is between you and the attorney you choose.

Accounts, materials, and acceptable use

Your student account is personal to you; keep your sign-in links private and do not share access. The content on this site and the platform, including our study materials, tests, and analyses, belongs to Your Future Attorney and is for your personal preparation only. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute it, and do not upload anything unlawful or that is not yours to share.

Disclaimers

We work hard to raise your score, and the 170 Guarantee above defines exactly what we promise and the remedy for it. Beyond that defined remedy, we do not promise any particular score, admission, scholarship, or other outcome, and results vary from student to student. To the extent permitted by law, the site and platform are provided as is.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
